Hannah Sim - Yoga instructor

Hannah has always been a lover of movement. She grew up dancing until the age of 20, practicing yoga on the side, then switched paths as her passion for yoga began to deepen. She has a deep love for the traditional teachings of yoga so in her classes you can expect yogic philosophy, pranayama (breath), mantra (chanting), and meditation. She ties new teachings in with the old ones to provide a deeper experience for students.
Hannah’s playful spirit shines through in her teachings. She will lead you through feel good flows to bring you out of your mind and connect you deeper into your body.
